Bad Advertising

I got a package Monday.  It was something I ordered for work.  It is address correction software to be loaded onto one of our servers and will be accessed by all our business systems.

The problem?  It was addressed incorrectly.  This company, selling me a solution for thousands of dollars which will correct all our addresses had a bad address.  Not just incorrect, totally undeliverable.  They sent a package to a Pennsylvania street address with a northern Michigan zip code.  A zip code that ONLY has PO Boxes.  Must be they use their competitor’s software to prepare their labels.

UPS had to call me to get the correct delivery address…
