{"id":89,"date":"2010-04-08T22:56:45","date_gmt":"2010-04-09T02:56:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jdackerman.com\/miscellany\/?p=89"},"modified":"2010-04-08T22:56:45","modified_gmt":"2010-04-09T02:56:45","slug":"scrapple-and-hoagies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/jdackerman.com\/miscellany\/2010\/04\/08\/scrapple-and-hoagies\/","title":{"rendered":"Scrapple and hoagies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m about to leave the Philly area, and have almost resolved my food fixation deprivation issues.<\/p>\n<p>There are four things I really miss from the Philly area that I can&#8217;t get elsewhere easily, or at least they&#8217;re not close to the same.\u00a0 I had my <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leeshoagiehouse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Lee&#8217;s Hoagie House<\/a> roast beef hoagie for lunch today, and had a soft pretzel Wednesday.\u00a0 Tomorrow I&#8217;m going to have breakfast with scrapple and pick up a package or two of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tastykake.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tastykakes <\/a>for the ride home.\u00a0 That should do it.<\/p>\n<p>I missed my trip to Charley Brown&#8217;s this time.\u00a0 Maybe next time &#8211; I didn&#8217;t even get near one.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m about to leave the Philly area, and have almost resolved my food fixation deprivation issues.
