On which side of the coin <\/a>was your church yesterday?\u00a0 Did you sing “Hosanna”?\u00a0 Or were you on the No-sanna side?<\/p>\n

Here’s what the gospel writers had to say (they ALL acknowledged the triumphal entry):<\/p>\n

Matthew 21: 9 “Hosanna<\/strong> to the Son of David! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! Hosanna<\/strong> in the highest!”<\/p>\n

Luke 19:38 “saying, “Blessed is the King who comes in the name of the Lord! Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!””<\/p>\n

Mark 11:9-10 “And those who went before and those who followed were shouting, “Hosanna<\/strong>! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!\u00a0 Blessed is the coming kingdom of our father David! Hosanna<\/strong> in the highest!””<\/p>\n

John 12:13 “So they took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying out, “Hosanna<\/strong>! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord, even the King of Israel!””<\/p>\n

I’m happy to say that our church was on the Hosanna! side with the following songs “All Glory, Laud and Honor” and “Crown Him with Many Crowns” (no hosannas but still on point), and “Lord, I Lift Your Name On High”.<\/p>\n
