I got a package Monday.\u00a0 It was something I ordered for work.\u00a0 It is address correction software to be loaded onto one of our servers and will be accessed by all our business systems.<\/p>\n

The problem?\u00a0 It was addressed incorrectly.\u00a0 This company, selling me a solution for thousands of dollars which will correct all our addresses had a bad address.\u00a0 Not just incorrect, totally undeliverable.\u00a0 They sent a package to a Pennsylvania street address with a northern Michigan zip code.\u00a0 A zip code that ONLY has PO Boxes.\u00a0 Must be they use their competitor’s software to prepare their labels.<\/p>\n
