Fauna of Isle Royale

Isle Royale is the home to a large population of moose and wolves, as well as many smaller and more commonly seen species.  We never did see a wolf, but saw many meese, a few foxes, plenty of squirrels and rabbits, and my favorite, the loons.  They added a great sound backdrop to the beautiful scenery.
