For us, the trip started early Thanksgiving morning 2006. When most families were planning a big dinner, we were on our way early to the airport in Pellston, Michigan to begin our Croatian Vacation. We flew from Pellston through Detroit to JFK in New York City, where we caught an Iberian Airlines flight to Venice through Madrid. Our tour began in Venice where we met Brane, out tour guide and Marin, our driver. There were 7 other tourists on our tour, for a total of 13.
